Doesn't have any visible crack , doesn't have any corrosion but is resurfaced 0,50mm and it has some other problems seen in the photos with yellow arrows

If you are not happy with the quality status of this specific cylinder head , then you can use one of the identical spare parts, which serve the same function and have the same application.
