All spare parts are dispatched until the following working day upon receipt of payment.

Please note that shipment to countries outside the European Union may involve duties and other levies that may be incurred in the destination country. These are not included in the price of the article or the shipping cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products you ordered comply with the laws of the country where they will be used. If the supply of our spare parts is delayed because of the occurrence of an event beyond our control, then we will contact you the soonest possible to inform you and will take action to minimize the impact of the delay. We will not assume responsibility for any delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of significant delay, you may contact us to cancel the dispatch and receive a refund.
